David Dodgen opened Grove Yacht Sales in 2018 after 18 years with LaVida Starships in Dallas and Florida Yacht Charters & Sales in Miami. He is a licensed and bonded Florida Employing Broker, a USCG Master, and an ASA sailing instructor.
Over his career he has documented over 200 sales from 8 ft. sailing dinghies to 53 ft. motor yachts. And everything in between. And he has thousands of miles of cruising experience and deliveries under his belt around Florida, the Bahamas, the Chesapeake, the Caribbean, the Med and the South Pacific.

Tracy Wollschlager was born and raised in the South Florida, she has been exposed to all aspects of the boating industry. Her experience and product knowledge comes from her participation and passion for fishing, spearfishing, freediving, boat restoration, and boating. Her first job after graduating college was teaching high school in Key West where she had the opportunity to further expand her boating experience.
She has completely restored a vintage 1972 Boston Whaler Outrage 21 working on all aspects of the project from painting, teak restoration, and rigging.
Now with a few years of experience as a licensed broker, she is still excited about the opportunity to help others find the boat of their dreams.
Brad Emler is a USCG Master and licensed Florida Yacht Salesperson with Grove Yacht Sales focused primarily on sailboats. He has been boating since he could walk but didn’t discover his passion for sailing until he was invited aboard a friend’s Catalina in 2010. Since that time, he has sailed the East Coast from Jacksonville down to Miami and through the Florida Keys.
Brad brings nearly two decades of senior level executive experience at professional service firms to work for you. This experience translates to excellent negotiation skills, attention to the details, and most importantly, an individual approach to each deal. If you’re buying, Brad will do more than help you buy the vessel. He will assist with ancillary needs such as relocation, properly equipping it, locating suitable marinas, negotiating slip fees, and recommending maintenance-related professionals.
Prior to his years on the water and in the boardroom, Brad served a tour in the U.S. Marine Corps achieving the rank of Sergeant while on active duty. When not in the office or helping a client, he can be found on his 31ft sailboat.
Mauricio Galarce is a south Florida native with over 13 years experience as a marine industry professional. A USCG Master, youth sailing coach, and avid angler, Mauricio’s unique and diverse marine industry network is a tool to leverage for your next deal.

Kimber Tracy was born & raised in Hawaii and started sailing at age seven. She enjoyed a career as a successful entrepreneur and international corporate executive in the US and Europe before moving into the charter industry in 2011.
For the last 10 years Kimber has been the principal partner and managing director of a large bareboat charter operation and ASA sailing school in Key West. Her extensive experience in all aspects of yacht & fleet management of both sail & power ensure she can guide her clients through a smooth buying or selling process with expert negotiating skills and attention to detail in overseeing surveys, project management, yacht relocation and slip procurement. She is also distinctively placed to provide expert guidance in purchasing and placing vessels in charter management programs.
