David Dodgen opened Grove Yacht Sales in 2018 after 18 years with LaVida Starships in Dallas and Florida Yacht Charters & Sales in Miami. He is a licensed and bonded Florida Employing Broker, a USCG Master, and an ASA sailing instructor.
Over his career he has documented over 200 sales from 8 ft. sailing dinghies to 53 ft. motor yachts. And everything in between. And he has thousands of miles of cruising experience and deliveries under his belt around Florida, the Bahamas, the Chesapeake, the Caribbean, the Med and the South Pacific.

Kimber Tracy was born & raised in Hawaii and started sailing at age seven. She enjoyed a career as a successful entrepreneur and international corporate executive in the US and Europe before moving into the charter industry in 2011.
For the last 10 years Kimber has been the principal partner and managing director of a large bareboat charter operation and ASA sailing school in Key West. Her extensive experience in all aspects of yacht & fleet management of both sail & power ensure she can guide her clients through a smooth buying or selling process with expert negotiating skills and attention to detail in overseeing surveys, project management, yacht relocation and slip procurement. She is also distinctively placed to provide expert guidance in purchasing and placing vessels in charter management programs.
