6/11/24 – Trip Recap up to date

Our trip is falling into 6 legs.  The first was to Arkansas, to the Camp Carpe Diem and to see the grand and great-grand kids.  Second is on to Atlanta to visit friends and see the other grandkids, then on to the east coast.  The third leg will be up the Appalachians and the Blue Ridge Parkway, then on to North Carolina for July 4th with David’s sister and family.  Leg four is up the east coast to the Chesapeake and on to New York.  The fifth will be New England up to Maine to see the fall color changing and on to the Canadian border.  Then finishing up in the Canadian Maritimes in mid-October.    Here is a map of the full trip.  There will be some changes, but this gives you good idea of the plan.

We have completed legs one and ½ in about 5 weeks and are now heading to the coast and Jekyll Island.
